This policy explains what happens to information when you use CardCount Academy ("the site"), which is run by the operator of CardCount Academy. The short version: there are no accounts, no analytics, no advertising and no tracking, and your training progress never leaves your browser.
Information we don't collect
- We don't ask for your name, email address or any other personal details.
- There are no user accounts, sign-ups or contact forms.
- We don't use analytics tools, advertising networks, social media plugins or tracking pixels.
- We don't run a backend or database that stores information about you.
Information stored on your device
To remember your progress, the site saves a small amount of data in your browser's local storage. It stays on your device and is never sent to us or anyone else. We can't see it, and it isn't linked to your identity.

This data remains until you delete it. You can delete it at any time with the controls on the progress page, or by clearing this site's data in your browser settings. Private or incognito windows discard it when you close them.
Hosting and technical logs
The site is hosted by Vercel. Like any web host, Vercel necessarily receives technical information when your browser requests a page — such as your IP address, browser type, the page requested and the time — in order to deliver the site, keep it secure and prevent abuse. This processing is governed by Vercel's privacy policy. We don't use these logs to identify or profile visitors.

Some pages link to other websites, such as sources in our guides or support organizations. Those sites have their own privacy practices, which apply once you visit them.
Children
The site is educational and does not knowingly collect information from anyone, including children. It is about a casino game, and gambling itself is only for adults of legal age where they live.
Your rights
Because we don't hold personal data about you, there is usually nothing for us to access, correct or delete — your progress data is fully under your control in your browser. If you have a question or request about privacy, use the contact details on our contact page and we will respond.
Changes to this policy
If the way the site handles information changes — for example, if advertising or analytics are ever added — we will update this policy before the change takes effect and revise the date at the top of this page. Any future advertising would also be described on the advertising disclosure and cookie policy pages.
